AMUTIO was born at the beginning of the 80’s from a family business as a dedicated company with quality products and effective management of our clients’ needs.
We select, package and distribute all types and varieties of potatoes for their different subsequent uses. We work with major distribution companies, international and exportation markets, producers, the potato processing industry, etc... We provide solutions to your needs.
Over the years we have expanded our facilities and improved our divisions in order to better meet the needs of the market. We have modern facilities for the receiving, storing, processing, packaging and distribution of potatoes which allows us to give continuous supply to our clients 365 days of the year.

In GRUPO AMUTIO we fully supervise the whole process starting with the sowing, collecting it from the field, storing it adequately, transporting it and even the selling of it to the big distribution brands, ensuring the products arrive safely to the their final destination.
POTATO
SELECTION
We advise the producers when choosing the varieties of potatoes and we supervise the whole process (quality, agronomist and environmental controls).
TRANSPORT
We transport the product in air conditioned lorries that guarantee the cold chain and the perfect conservation of the potato.
WAREHOUUSE
STORAGE
We perform and carry out quality controls to ensure the required standards are met.
PROCESS
Depending on the destination of the potato, we perform the necessary assessment, washing and packaging process, all under strict quality controls.
DISTRIBUTION
Depending on the needs of our clients, we package the potatoes in the different formats and we distribute the potato (processing industry, distribution brands, larges spaces, markets etc.)
